About the Event

Who would be up for a 28 day fitness challenge throughout the month?

A new 28 minute workout each day, 28 days for £28!

Includes hiit, Tabata, core, dance, strength training, cardio and stretch workouts.

Workouts can be completed at anytime

Each work out is coded so you can let me know when you’ve completed it giving ultimate accountability

Challenge yourself to complete all or as many as you can over the whole month

Food tracker included

This month also includes the introduction of Live classes. This is on top of the 28 classes recorded and are completely optional.

Workouts include Sweat workout, Strong workout, cardio, Core sessions, ETM and Stretch and mobility.
