Who would be up for a 28 day fitness challenge throughout Feb?
A new 28 minute workout each day, 28 days for £28!
Works out as only £1 a day
Includes hiit, Tabata, core, dance, strength training, cardio and stretch workouts.
Workouts can be completed at anytime
Each work out is coded so you can let me know when you’ve completed it giving ultimate accountability
Challenge yourself to complete all or as many as you can over the whole month
Food tracker included
Workouts include Sweat workout, Strong workout, cardio, Core sessions, Dance hiits (although this can chnaged for a differnet workout or become a rest day) and Stretch and mobility.
